Cosoltec was founded in 1997 by Michel Grennan, structural engineer and MBA graduate, who turned his vision into reality. Creative genius, the ultimate go-getter and born entrepreneur, Michel has been calling the shots ever since day one.
Cosoltec started as a humble construction company and eventually evolved into a leading construction, real estate development and contracting expert in Quebec and the Middle East.
Cosoltec employs more than thirty full-time employees in its Laval offices and has also developed strong relationships with trusted partners including architects, professionals, suppliers and industry experts to help bring its vision to life.
